The Dartmouth Dog Advisory Work Group, (DDAWG) is a 501-c-3 small, non-profit, all volunteer group.
The Town of Dartmouth has generously allowed us to use a quarter acre space as a temporary dog park in the Dartmouth Regional Parks and Trails Recreational Facility at 443 Old Fall River Rd.
This Dartmouth park facility is a multi-use facility which features playing fields, a pavilion with barbeque pits, hiking trails, a new accessible children’s playground, bathrooms, various playing courts, and an accessible picnic area.
DDAWG is working with Dartmouth Parks and Recreation Department as a group of volunteers to monitor, maintain, and make improvements to this existing temporary dog park.
We take donations monthly at our Can Redemption Drives held at the dog park parking lot. Your can/bottle donations help contribute to our operating expenses and eventually towards equipment at the new dog park. Watch for our collection dates posted on our Facebook Page.
